Neighborhood in Denver

♦ Located just outside of Downtown Denver, this neighborhood is just plain cute. Its quaint architecture, neighborhood restaurant and shopping scene, as well as the proximity to Downtown Denver has made it a sought-after destination for young families and LoDo/Downtown business professionals.

♦ Characterized by classic Bungalows, Victorians, Tudors and Denver Squares of the late 1800s to 1940s – with modern in-fills becoming more abundant.

♦ The center of activity is located in Highland Square, at 32nd & Lowell Blvd. Locally owned restaurants, trendy boutiques, bookstores, martini bars and art galleries line the streets.
